Happy Hour

Celebrate Italy’s happiest hours at Dolcetto by Basilico. Enjoy a complimentary drink on us with every alcoholic beverage ordered.

Colazione Set

7.30 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Colazione, the Italian word for “breakfast” consist of any pastries with a choice of Illy coffee or tea. Highlights include sugar donuts, mini focaccias, croissants, pizzetta and bombolone, a custard or jam-filled Italian doughnut.

$11 per set, includes bakeries and coffee or tea.

Lunch Set

11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Pranzo Set

A choice of salad, panini or quiche accompanied with our soup of the day. Highlights include Burrata and Bufala Salad and Truffle Foccacina with Mascarpone just to name a few.

Merenda Set

3 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Merenda, also known as “afternoon snack” is served with a slice of cake with your choice of Illy coffee or tea. Choose from Strawberry Torta, Amedei Dark Chocolate Cake, Ferrovia Cherry Cake, Torta Pralina al Cioccolato and Ricotta Blueberry Cake with Wild Berries, or our cake of the month.

Our gourmet pasticceria offers the option to have a quick bite on the go, or place to stay and relax. Catch up with friends, indulge in a good book or host casual meetings at one of our communal tables with in-built power sockets. Enjoy freshly baked Italian breads, mini Italian pastries, cakes, gelato and paninis with your choice of premium Italian coffee or Gryphon tea.

Thirst-quenchers such as an Italian craft beer on tap, D’Negroni or the Aperol Spritz is perfect for a midday drink or sundowner. For kids and adults alike, choose from the day’s homemade gelati and sorbets on freshly made waffles. Delight yourself with an extensive selection of Italian-imported confectioneries, panforte, chocolates, cookies and olive oils. A curated selection of our offering is now available for island-wide delivery and takeaway.


In line with the government’s latest measures, our restaurants are open for dine-in for up to 5 fully vaccinated persons per table.

Unvaccinated children aged 12 and below can be included in groups of 5 people dining-in as long as they are all from the same household.

We regret that multiple table bookings cannot be accommodated, and no intermingling will be allowed across multiple tables. Please call 6725 3098 for any further clarifications.

Island-wide Delivery and Takeaway

11 a.m. to 7.00 p.m.

For a hassle-free takeaway experience, simply submit your order and payment online, select your desired pick-up date and time, and show up for your pick-up. Orders should be placed at least 45 minutes ahead of pick-up. Guests arriving for pick-up will be eligible for 15 minutes free parking at Regent Singapore’s main entrance. Takeaway collection point is located in the hotel lobby. No minimum order for takeaways.

Alex Chong, Executive Pastry Chef

Knowing no bounds to his creativity, Pastry Chef Alex Chong pushes beyond the norm to deliver innovative dessert masterpieces that will cater to every sweet tooth.

Pastry Chef Alex Chong oversees all aspects of patisserie and baking for Regent Singapore and has also represented Singapore in numerous international competitions, including the worldwide pastry cup competition Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie in France. A seeker of perfection and a maestro of creative desserts, bear witness to his culinary vision in the artful creations from his kitchens.
